Just update latest roko software and now xfinity stream will not play. I’ve removed app added back and nothing. It opens up but then just goes back to menu. Help please
It appears that this is a nation-wide problem since there are multiple threads of this issue on the Xfinity forums and a thread going on in the Comcast_Xfinity subreddit with people posting from different states.

Thanks for keeping us in the loop. Try connecting your device to an alternative network, like a mobile hotspot, and then try accessing the app if there are any differences.
