6 month +/- old remote stops functioning

I have a remote with the volume buttons on the side.

The volume/mute buttons still give control on TV.

But....the other remote functions have stop working to control TV.

Can I get a warrantied replacement...???

It has not been damaged and yes batteries I did replace.

This ROKU unit I purchased at Best Buy.

Hello @Kiyoti

Thanks for the post.

We would recommend starting with the troubleshooting steps in this link: How to fix your Roku® voice or simple remote that is not working then let us know if there's any difference after.

We'll keep an eye out for your reply.

Re: 6 month +/- old remote stops functioning

Kariza D....

I did the ROKU disconnect from the TV.

Unplugged the power of the ROKU at the wall.

Left that all unplugged for a bit.

Re-plugged all....remote regained all function.

I have done this "reboot" several times before.

But never had a remote failure....and that these actions could reset/reboot it all to regular function.

So...."who knew"....

@Kiyoti

Thanks for the response.

Please reply here with the serial number of the Roku device associated with the affected remote. It can be found at the back or underneath the player itself.

Once we have the information needed, we'll forward it to our team who will assist you further.

All the best,
