Channel: The Gymbox

Postby mapu » Mon Sep 13, 2010 7:59 am

New channel- The Gymbox.

2 issues so far:
1) Every linking code fails on thegymbox.com with an expired code or incorrect code error

2) Attempting to contact via their website form- site times out

Are any "The Gymbox" folks on the forums?

We're here. Sorry about the linking. It was working fine up until Saturday. It should be fixed now. If anyone else has any problems contact us at support(at)thegymbox.com. We'll figure out what is going on with the contact form shortly.

Feel free to post here if the linking process still gives you any trouble.

I have also been having problems. I would love to get out of the "guest pass" and subscribe to the gym box with the year subscription but I can't pay through the website. Is that down too? I am a little lost on how to get my account bumped up to subscriber. I have sent an email to tech support also and I hope to get that figured out soon. I can't wait to get some new work outs!

I finally gave up! I had to change my credit card and was unable to do so online with the link. I called 3 times and emailed on 5 separate occasions and just removed our device. It really is too bad because I liked the workouts, but the customer service is the worst. I don't know if I will go back again simply because there is no way to correct or communicate issues.

just curious
does roku look into these channels that don't work right ?
or does roku just leave these bad channels in the lineup to pad the line up ?
i'm NOT talking about popularity. I know channels don't appeal to everyone.
we all have our own taste i get that.
I'm refering to channels that are just buggy and never work right.
this channel sounds buggy to the point where i wouldnt risk adding it no matter how much i would want it

I've tried using it, but I can't get through a video without it reloading. I can deal with that for just watching something, but when I'm working out that's just not cool.

And I don't think it's a connection issue on my end. Netflix does just fine when I switch to that after I get fed up.

I just want to say that The Gymbox is AWESOME!!! I just signed on for the 15 day free trial and I love the workouts and I love the ladies doing them. They are very motivating. It is so handy to be able to workout in my own living room and not have to use outdated step aerobic videos. Having new material all the time and being able to pick and choose what workout depending on how I feel is great and much cheaper than going to a gym. THANK YOU GYMBOX!!!!!
