FYI, Season 4 will apparently be added to Netflix this Sunday, 7/15 (same day as the S5 premiere).
On Amazon, you can buy individual episodes for $1.99 (standard def only) or $2.99 (HD) and watch on a Roku (and elsewhere). There's a 5% discount for selecting a season pass, so episodes will then cost $1.89 or $2.84. Since there are only 8 episodes this summer, you should end up paying $15.12 (SD) or $22.72 (HD) if you do the season pass.
The nice thing is that they don't charge it all up front, only the per-episode cost when a new one is released, so it's a little less burdensome if you're on a tighter budget. Plus you can cancel whenever you want, so if AMC & Dish resolve their issues in time, you can go back to watching that way if you like.
I gave Amazon a try last year for BB S4, and it worked well for me. I've since used it to catch Mad Men & Walking Dead, and may use it for other cable shows that aren't on Hulu (plus or non-plus) or networks' websites.
