Error trying to submit new channel support information

When hitting save, a popup occurs saying "Oops..Changes could not be saved. If the problem persists, please exit and restart your browser, then try again. (could not execute batch command.[SQL: SQL not available])".

Happening in both Safari and Chrome. It is preventing me from submitting a new channel.

We have a bug, shorten the support info to < 50 characters to get around it till it is eventually fixed.

Thank goodness for Google. This bug is still there and I was pulling my hair out with multiple browsers, etc. trying to figure out why this wasn't working. Can you at least put different validation on that field until the bug is fixed so developers know what is going on when they get this error on submission? Why not limit that field to 50 characters in the meantime? Very frustrating.
