Dear Roku-Support,
On 31th of January this year I bought a Roku SoundBride Radio from roku.com Online-Store (Invoice:
31431A). Im very happy and satisfied with this product but since a few days my SoundBridge Radio seems to be dead. I woke up and my SoundBridge display was black - no clock was displayed. I thought there is a main-power failure but my lamp/light beside the Radio is working, so I thought maybe the SoundBridge crashed and I unplugged the power cord. Even after re-plugin the power cord the display is still black, no "Roku - Let the music play" message, just a black display without any reaction. I also tried the steps described on your troubleshooting webpage (http://soundbridge.roku.com/support/ts_drc.php) but even Safe-Mode is not working. For me it looks like a defective power-supply unit.
How to handle warranty exchange/repair?
I already wrote a mail to lallydice@roku.com and created a support-ticket #130634 but i didn't get any response until now.
Please roku, contact me and tell me what to do!!
