We have three HD 2000 and two are activated using push buttons and one is activated by a touch screen. We have a delay from the time we push the button to the presentation coming on about 2 seconds, also the touch screen has around a 5 seconds delay too. Is there an upgrade we can install to shorten the delay once the command is entered?

Can you send me your csv file, to support@brightsign.biz? Those delays sound like they're too long. Also, please send me your autorun.bas file. Maybe, there's a debug mode that's set on that's causing the delays.
