DVD/Mpeg2 video issue

Postby bassmankhai » Wed Nov 04, 2009 9:08 pm

Hi, first time user of this HD1010, have been liking the user-friendly gui but ran into a few problems. I used dvd decrypter to copy over a video of a dvd I want to show, the vob file I renamed it to mpg since its already a mpeg2 format. After I published the video and played it on the Roku, the video played fine but had a visible pink line at the bottom of the video. I've tried different dvd but still see that pink line no matter what options I use in the video zone properties.

Am I doing something wrong? Isn't a different video format prefered over others?

Kind regards,

Khai

I'm sending you a link for a beta firmware that fixes that pink pixel high line...

That fixed the problem right away, and updating the firmware was as easy as moving the firmware into the flashcard. Thanks for the help.

Kind regards,
