My order was confirmed on 10/24/09 but I have yet to receive any shipping information. I have now sent two requests to Product Support requesting more information on when my new player will be shipped. Customer Support has not responded. I tried calling the Sales Phone Number but was put on seemingly eternal hold. Any help anyone can provide with communicating with Customer Support will be greatly appreciated.

I ordered the HD-XR on 11/1 with free ground shipping. Shipped out on 11/2 but won't arrive here until 11/12 through FedEx!! Damn that's a long time ground.

In my experience, FedEx ground is the worst. You get what you pay for as they say. I think FedEx ground outsources some of the deliveries to the USPS as well.

Priority service from any of them is fine. If you have something shipped ground from any of the carriers and the warehouse it is coming from is on the other side of the country expect to wait.

They sure seem to be having significant customer service issues. I called at 10:38pm (EST), was placed in the cue, and then BAM, at 11pm EST the phone line dropped. I guess they just throw the switch at closing time.

You gotta love that level of customer service.

I betcha that their e-mail support is no better (hello bit bucket)

Similar issue. It showed up for me two days past their last expected date. Sent a message to technical support the day before it arrived and never got a reply. I have the ROKU and love it, but I still haven't received a response.

I paid $14.99 extra for shipping to get my player in 3 to 5 days, and I still don't have it. I'm told by fedex that it is lost and the shipper needs to have them trace it. I can't get ahold of Roku, put on hold forever then line went dead, and no response to email. I'm pretty ticked right about now. I don't think the problem is with fedex, I get shipments from them all the time, on time since I do a lot of ordering online. Can anybody tell me what to do?

If the package is lost then FedEx lost it. How would Roku lose the package? I hate FedEx personally. I would try to send a private message to RokuJamesL or another one of the moderators to see if they can help you out. Give them all your information like order number and all that so they can track what is going on.

My HD XR arrived in the midwest yesterday.
Ten days from California is a long time no matter the carrier.
Yes, it was shipped at no additional charge.
The wait was worth it! HD XR is as good as reported.
