Yes I'm having an issue too. I think Netflix server is overloaded.

It's working fine on my computer, just not on the Roku (I'm having the same problem too).

Same here. Seems to be a total failure of Netflix. Amazon, etc. work just fine.

I cannot connect either via wireless roku but connect to all other roku channels.

I also have a sony XBR which also has access to netflix via my eithernet connection to my router. This way I can still enter netflix with out problem.

Problem lies some where with in Roku.

Also having a problem. It appears to be a problem with communication between Roku (thinking there is not Netflix activation) and Netflix. Can not reactivate Netflix after deactivating and trying to get a new code -- the code either never appears "there was a problem activating" or the code is expired.

Just an fyi.

Netflix also doesn't seem to be streaming on the Xbox 360, nor my blu-ray player.

Don't own a Roku, but stumbled upon this page looking for info on this situation.

Same here. Been trying to get this working all night. Everything else works fine (Amazon, etc.), just not Netflix. Called Netflix customer service and they asked me to deactivate the player, then begin the reactivation process. The system just won't give me a code... keeps saying there is a problem and asking me to press "get new code" - which never comes. Once or twice I did get a code, but it wouldn't connect the box once I registered it at netflix.com.

Actually, for the past 2-3 days, Netflix has been totally unusable for me. It was taking, if it worked at all, 15-20 minutes to load a STANDARD definition TV episode/movie. Forget about HD.

I checked my ISP and I'm getting over 10mbps and can stream 1080p from YouTube on my PC no probs. I connect wirelessly from Roku to my router... so I thought it might be a router problem. Same issue when I hardwire though. I've also tried changing to every wireless channel from 1 all the way through 11. Still no luck.

I too, can connect to Netflix and stream in HD through my PC without issue. Roku just plain won't work though.

After 3 days of this, I'm extremely exasperated to say the least. Not to mention, I almost dropped $150 on a new router because of all this and/or a new Roku box. The only consolation for me is that it's obviously a problem others are encountering too.

I'll call Netflix again - Gosh, if I got minimum wage for all the lost time I've spent trying to resolve this, I'd have made good money this week(end).

Has any progress been made on this? Netflix won't stream on my brand new Roku HD. I've only had it for a few days; it worked fine until today. Netflix streams just fine on my laptop.

Different servers. A problem with one has no bearing on the other.
