I would love to incorporate my Roku player in my current universal remote. However based on extensive research it simply doesn't look like its going to work. So I'd like to pick up a new universal remote, one that is affordable (less than $50), and that is compatible with the Roku player. Any suggestions? If possible please provide me with as an extensive list as possible so I can shop around. Thanks!

$75 will get you a new Harmony 650 from Amazon delivered. Cheaper models aren't generally worth the time or effort.

I'm a big fan of Harmony One!

What remote do you currently have? Is it a learning remote? That's the key.

Just unwrapped my Roku player today along with a new URC-WR7 (http://www.amazon.com/Universal-Control ... roduct_top
). It cost less than $20, and learned all the commands of the remote in about a minute. I have a Harmony One for the living room, but this is a perfect little remote for the bedroom TV.
