Now that I can access the channel store I find it was all for naught because every time I try to add a channel I get this message "operation not supported at the time".
Does that mean it will be supported sometime in the future or what?
I bought this 2100X a little over a month ago and am now wishing I had never heard of Roku. Between the problems of getting this thing to connect to my network and all the other little glitches it comes with it is a chore to try to watch anything on without having a screaming fit.
RokuShawnS, the Roku community liaison, posted in your other thread with some suggested steps, and asked for additional info if the suggestions didn't help: viewtopic.php?f=28&t=39164&p=258897#p258897

If none of this works, please send me a PM with your NAME, ROKU SN, ROKU MODEL, EMAIL, PHONE.

Have you followed up with him? If not, I highly suggest doing so. Your issues are not very common, but similar reports do appear from time to time. If you send Shawn your info, Roku will be able to look at things from their end and might be able to determine if the issue is with the unit or the networking environment it is in.
