Dramafever has lost all subtitles

This morning, Dramafever was working just fine. Ten hours later, none of the dramas have subtitles. I am watching with a Roku 2 XS, wired with an Ethernet cable. I removed and reloaded the channel and unlinked and relinked the channel, but still, no subtitles. Anyone else having trouble?

By the way, if anyone with a Roku XD\S is wondering whether the Roku 2 offers better subtitles, it does. Although a heavier outline is sorely needed, the yellow instead of white subtitles makes it possible to see the subtitles at all times, even though reading them is still somewhat challenging at times.

The drama we are watching ("High Kick Through the Roof") had the subtitles disappear tonight.

When I watch on the computer the subtitles are there, just missing from the Roku (Roku 2 XD).

Subtitles are gone for me too. I have the LT
and yes they are on the computer.
This is my one joy in life.. please fix asap

I noticed this too. I was trying to watch dramafever yesterday (dec 19) and all hd shows had no subtitles. Checked again this morning but no luck. I, too, removed and re-added the channel but this didn't help. I hope this issue gets resolved soon.

We saw this thread and noticed a technical glitch that occurred on our end in the past 24 hours. We believe it has been fixed, and you should be able to see subtitles and videos again. For some people, you may have to remove and re-install the DramaFever channel in order for this patch to work.
