I've spent considerable time with support at both LG and Roku. There are no fixes at this point. Here are the details: Simplink worked fine, perfect, in fact, until I plugged in the new Roku box. I say, 'new' because I have an older model that worked fine with Simplink - but it is not 1080i. I bought the Roku 2 XS for the added features and 1080i. When I hooked up the Roku through HDMI3, and it worked perfectly. I really had no way of knowing why the Simplink suddenly stopped working, but it did. I called LG, the store I purchased the LG components from, and tried everything I could think of. All of the settings were correct, and that was confirmed by LG. I guess I should have figured that the last component I hooked up may be the problem, but I didn't. When I unplug the Roku, Simplink works perfectly. I spent about an hour in an online chat with Roku, hoping to get a fix, or at least acknowledgment that there was some kind of conflict. At this point, they understand the problem and assured me that they would call me back. Any bets on whether they actually do?
