I just received my Roku video player, and followed all the directions to set it up. To activate my code, it asked me to go to www.roku.com/link
, and enter the code shown on the screen; but when I tried to go to the website it kept asking me to enter my username and password, which I do not have.
I called Roku (888-600-7658), and got a rep from Netflix instead. The person told me that this way to activate the code was something new from Roku.
Has anybody had a similar same experience trying to activate the code? I thought you were supposed to go to www.netflix.com/activate
to do so.
What should I do to activate the code in this case?
