Roku linked to wrong Netflix account

Roku linked to wrong Netflix account

When I set up my Roku at my home for the first time, it apparently was linked to my mother in-law's Netflix account. I think she used my computer to view her Netflix queue. While I like some of her movies (not) , I would rather have it linked to my own account! Please tell me how I can un-link, then re-link my Roku device. Thanks, Jim

Thanks, but I don't understand how that helps. I plan to reset to Factory Default and reactivate when I get a chance. Hope that will do it.

You asked how you could unlink her account. That's the Netflix page to manage and deactivate devices.

But yes, a factory reset in the settings will also unlink your box.

There's also a place in the Roku settings that says "Unlink Netflix Account"
