Is there anyway or anyone that can get veetle.com streamed?

Good news and bad news. Good news: The videos play and look great on the Roku. Bad news: The audio is in a format that's not supported by the Roku, so there's no sound.

I should also point out that, despite the giant "now available on iphone/ipad" banner on the home page, as far as I can tell, only the nine channels listed on the home page are actually available for the iphone, not all of the other channels.

It doesn't look like it. All of their video (even the mobile version) uses Flash. Sorry...

Although their full catalog is not available on iOS, it looks like the now have nearly 50 channels available.

TheEndless, how are you able to get the urls for the streams? Are there redirects set up on the site? Even without sound I'd like to try to get this to work to watch some sporting events.

Given that nothing has changed since TheEndless posted this, I doubt it.

That would force the developer to deal with a constant stream of complaints from new users that the sound wasn't working.

You'd be better off contacting Veetle directly.

I'm impressed with the collection of streams. Maybe we can email the site and ask them to make a channel for roku.
