So, my options are to switch NF plans, get rid of the Roku, or sign up for another service like Amazon or Hulu Plus. Or I suppose I could just watch the free channels on Roku, but the pickings look pretty slim.

But I did see the 7.99 for unlimited streaming from your Roku box. Since you have the box you might think about using this plan to see if you like it.
