just purchased the LT, have worked with techies from netflix, my isp and roku ALL DAY.
roku network signal strength is 'excellent' - and this has not varied all day.
i do not have too many devices on netflix.
i have reset, reinstalled the device, reinstalled the netflix app and power-cycled about fifty-million times. Nothing changes.
basically after sign-in, it lands on the netflix menu page, which will scroll but not allow any selections. There are no pictures. The app is current. About every 15 -30 seconds it says it is seeking connection for about one second, then back to the empty menu.
watching movies fine on Crackle and Hulu. Everything seems fine except Amazon, Pandora and Netflix.
Netflix has run me through their checklist three times, as has my ISP. I've put the roku in the DMZ and changed the channel etc etc. Roku is sending me to second-tier support but i'm out of minutes for the month and can't afford more.
so if anyone has any ideas, it would be much appreciated.
