Did you "...contact roku customer support at roku.com/support." That is a good first step. Particularly since it is what has been recommended.

Does your Netflix account carry the unlimited streaming option? If you have the disc only subscription then it won't work.

Where are you located? If you are outside the Netflix Roku Channel supported regions, Netflix will not work on your Roku.

Are the clock and timezone set correctly on your Roku? If not, try restarting your Roku (unplug/replug) to see if it'll re-sync the clock. Netflix requires the time to be correct in order to authenticate requests for data.

This usually means something is wrong with your netflix account. I had that happen after I changed my password and reset devices. It took a few days for the reset to take (a serious security flaw on their end if you ask me) and then that popped up. I had to go back to Netflix, reset devices again, delete the channel, then re-add it. Note that I had to reset devices AGAIN (another flaw on their end.)

For anyone else having this problem, I called Roku and they told me to delete the Netflix channel, unplug the Roku for a few seconds and plug it back in, then add the Netflix channel again. Im not sure if it works bc the next time I got on, Netflix was working fine. I called anyway though to ask what to do should it happen again and that is the advice I got. I hope it works!
