Postby gkl » Tue Jan 07, 2014 4:52 pm

Other than through NBC's OTA network, does anyone know of any LEGAL ways to watch the 2014 Winter Olympics online, whether by a Roku or otherwise?

I'm sorry, I should have been more specific. I was asking about online access options, in any, for non-pay TV subscribers, whether paid or free.

If you are fortunate enough to have an ipad, there is an app called NBC Olympics Highlights and Results - which is free to watch. Don't confuse it with the NBC Sports Live Extra app, which requires the same login as the NBC online tv does.

Just subscribe to Aereo.com and then add the Aereo channel to your Roku. I'm watching the Olympics on my Roku right now through the Aereo Channel

All you get on Aereo is what NBC broadcasts. I get that for free with a Mohu Sky antenna installed in my attic. I was talking about the coverage not available via broadcast. As it turns out, the broadcast coverage is more than I have the time to watch so I'm satisfied.
