Macros and Feedback

Two things I want: 1. I tend to like to listen to random music in multiple genres, I find that Yahoo Music categorizes the music I listen to into many different genres (Rock, classic rock, modern rock, adult alt., etc) I would like a macro playlist of genres eg "ALL ROCK" that you select a...

My M1000 also went blank today. I wasn't able to play anything so I reset it through the menus. Now nothing displays on the screen, not even the startup. There are lights on the lan connection but I cannot get to the web interface.

I'm able to access Yahoo subscription music I've downloaded with WMC Beta 2 or the Yahoo UPNP Server. I prefer the Yahoo server over WMC because I don't have to download the files I put in my library, they are streamed from Yahoo but show up like they are downloaded. The latest version of the Yahoo ...

Yahoo works great usually, however it is very slow. Also, if I log into yahoo music from work it disconnects the roku connection at home which annoys my wife. Yahoo's really cool thing is that I can include music in my collection which is accessible through the Yahoo UPNP interface, this is really j...

I agree, I used to have freezes regularly until I pulled the PB out of my cabinet. I can't remember the last time mine froze.

If I could have one fix or feature...

I'm very happy with my Photobridge, getting impatient on another update. Just curious what everyone's #1 hot button for feature addition or bug fix? Maybe Roku can throw us a bone...

my #1 wish is for DTS/PCM pass through. Ok, I have a #1a also which is shuffle on photo viewing.

I was thinking of behavior on the directory and only having one Mplay link. Essentially having an override file for behavior, could even be used for password protecting content from children. For now I'll add a link for TV mode. Might make sense now that I'm thinking about it with the browsedir sett...

Hi Marcelo and Endless, Wondering if there are possible modifications that can be made for handling TV programs? I have a Hauppauge PVR which records certain programs weekly, they are sequentially named program000n. The files are being treated like movies, so when I open the newest file it asks me i...

Password protect

Hi Guys,

I've got younger kids and wondered if you might think about adding the ability to password protect. Maybe a system password in the main configuration and then a single button to turn it on in the movie's bookmark file?

Thanks!

Derek, thanks this is great. I have a couple possible feature requests:
- the ability to add the current station to your favorites list.
- Update the currenltly playing song more often, I see that you are updating the last song in the station list.

Great job!

I had to isolate mine. When it gets too hot it will lock up and the only recourse is to unplug and let it cool down (power button doesn't really shut it down).
