This issue appears to have come up again on the Roku Premiere+ v 7.2.2 Build 7146-29. Joel, any new ideas? The .m3u8 works fine on Roku 3 and the MP4s work fine on both players, however, the .m3u8 causes a freeze requiring a hard reboot on the Premiere+. Note that the bitrate is set to 0.
