I'm also having exactly the same issue. It doesn't matter if I go through a receiver or direct I do get the color banding. I also have a Samsung JS8500 2015 model. When disabling HDR the banding issue goes away. When using the Amazon app in the TV I don't get the color banding issue and get a Perfec...
