Per a recent e-mail from USTVNow: Due to the snowstorm and strong winds at our datacenter in PA, some channels are down such as Nick, Syfy, CW, Spike, and My9. You can connect HDMI and the R/W audio simultaneously - all outputs are active all the time on a Roku.
