Is there anyone here who is uncomfortable with my ongoing efforts to get Roku to answer the simple question: "What is the status of version 2 of the PhotoBridge software"?

I say go for it and don't worry, there's really nothing to lose.

An apology from Roku would have been nice, instead we get left with nothing but a cold shoulder and beta firmware. Pretty sad that no one from Roku even had the balls to mention something in this forum, just sit and watch the pot stew, eh? Coming early 2007: More empty promises! Btw, I own 4 Photobr...

Wow, really disappointing that Roku doesn't even attempt to respond to any of these threads.

I just remember first buying the product and seeing that it would do music visualizations and the I would have an API and SDK that would exploit the FULL POTENTIAL of the Xilleon chip. It has been over 2 years and I still have neither. The box should be able to, at a minimum, pass a DTS or PCM sign...

I'm bumping this back to the top because this is a horrible bug, it's like fighting with a child who keeps locking the car doors on you as you try to open the door. Please please, PLEASE fix this one!

The latest patch with the .28 firmware seems to be working flawlessly as far as I can tell, only noticing issues after fast-forwarding or rewinding like you said to expect.

Applications selection bug

Would it be possible to make the main GUI screen not flip the curser off of a selected application while it's still scanning for media. It's very annoying to try and select an app while the roku is slowly scanning my 30,000 other files which aren't media related only to have it flip back to the moun...

Topper: I also noticed the out-of-sync audio. I added a fix for that, but it is a cumulative effect, so the movie needs to play undisturbed (no FF/REW) for several chapters to drift. The chapter marks should make the prev. version worse, not better. Watched The Big Lebowski again lastnight and play...

The latest version seems to have corrected the video stutter but I do notice the audio getting very slightly out of sync but re-syncing at chapter marks I believe.

Marginal Success! This has fixed some of the really bad dropouts in The Big Lebowski (Skipped right from the beginning, horribly before) and the single dropout I had in HotShots!. The only thing I'm noticing is a little bit of audio distortion every once in awhile in Lebowski (with a total dropout p...
