Watch Free Flix Channel

Is there some sort of problem with this channel?

It will only load the splash screen, then, go right back to the main channel selection screen.

I've tried rebooting my Roku, and still get the same results.

Thanks,

Roku Channel Store

I have 3 Roku devices and one is the very first, original, N1000 device that has the HDMI, Component, S-Video, Standard Video, Optical Audio, and Ethernet ports on the rear. It has a very small channel capacity as well. I would like to be able to manipulate the channels on this unit without affectin...

Roku 2 XS - SD card size

Hello, I just purchased a lightly used Roku 2 XS. It came bare, only with remote and power supply, no box, instructions, cables, etc. I've been trying to peruse the web and the Roku site for information regarding the SD card slot, and have found that the XS utilizes it for game and channel storage, ...

Re: Roku Player and YouTube.....

Okay, Whoa! First, let me say, that I in NO WAY intend to violate ANY TOS of ROKU or GOOGLE or YOUTUBE. Second, I did not DO ANYTHING SPECIAL that I know of to GET YOUTUBE on my ROKU. AFAIK, it was there from the beginning, or in the Channel Store. As I say, I DO NOT INTEND TO VIOLATE ANY TOS, But, ...

Roku Player and YouTube.....

I'm very confused about something. I have a Roku HD and the original Roku player. I also just checked out the Set Top Box spreadsheet that was mentioned on the Leo Laporte show, and they specifically mentioned that Roku does not do YouTube. On the spreadsheet, Column B "Roku" Row 50, "...

Re: Roku HD channel capacity

Ok, Update. I did a Factory Reset. I did not see a button, but, used the menu option for Factory Reset. I still have the same issue. I cannot add more channels. Is it possible that there is something wrong with this unit, and that might be the problem with why it was being sold as used on E-Bay? Is ...

Re: Roku HD channel capacity

Thanks,

I will try that tomorrow.

I found out it's a [ 1 ], 2000C is the hardware version, so, 64MB of channel memory which is the same amount of channel memory my other N1000 Roku has which had more channels than that.

So, a reset it is!

Thanks!

Roku HD channel capacity

Hello. I just purchased a Roku HD from E-Bay. I went thru the setup process, and tried to add Hulu Plus, and it said I was out of space in the Channel Store. What is the storage space available on the HD? I only had 9 channels installed. I did remove about 3 channels that I don't watch very often an...

Re: Netflix Allowing 50 Streaming Devices Per Account

Hello, Is this dependent upon the type of service one has with Netflix? I am currently on the 3 discs at a time service, and when I go to my manage page, it does not actually give me any such message regarding the number of devices I am allowed. However, if I dig thru an FAQ, I see this message: &qu...

Roku Player will not start, keeps looping, rebooting

Hello, I thought I would start here, since it's too late to call support tonight. I have the original Roku Netflix player, which I have had since shortly after it was released to the general public. I have it attached to my HDTV via an HDMI cable, and have it attached to my home network via Ethernet...

Question about new Roku STB's

What is that little tab looking thing that is sticking out of the left hand side of the box and the bottom of the remote of the new generation of boxes? This looks to me as if it would get in the way, and it does not look cool in the least. Is it removeable? I'm not currently in the market for a new...

Re: A Couple New Channels with More to Come

I LOVE this "new" found channel. I have new in quotes because it's new to me. Where can I find other "new" private channels like this for my Roku box? This is one advantage that we seem to have over folks with the Wii, PS3 and other units as I don't think they have these channel ...

One is a link light and the other is an activity light.

The link light comes on when you have a connection to the router via Ethernet cable.

The activity light flashes as the unit is downloading information such as a stream thru the ethernet connection.

Do you have wireless security enabled?

If so, are you choosing the proper encryption method and inputting the proper passphrase?

I have the same router and have no problems connecting wireless, though I did run Cat 5 to speed things up.
