I use a netgear MR 814 v2 wireless and wired router combo. I have the lan IP setup in the router to give the ip to the roku through its mac address, so it always assigns the correct address.


What software version are you running on the Soundbridge?

If it was an open box, make sure that the correct power adapter is supplied. It should be a 24v 0.75a supply.

Our hd1000 engineers got diverted to another project temporarily, but we still plan to finish up the 2.0 software update.

In the mean time, the Beta release is currently available.
