I got the Roku OS 7.7 update on Thursday, July 13th. Since then, I've not had any audio drops on my Premiere+. If something changes, I will respond on this thread, but it looks like in my particular situation, the firmware update resolved my issues.

My roku Premiere+ just got it yesterday; no idea if it fixes my audio issues... time will tell.

This is also how it is on the Roku Streaming stick, but the Premiere+ doesn't do this until you actually select a title. My solution was to get rid of the streaming stick and upgrade to the Premiere+ I personally think auto-playing trailers / teaser when you hover over the title is very distracting;...
