That's great news but doesn't work quite as i'd hoped. I tried Sky News, first via the Sky News app, then YouTube and both were horribly jittery. My TV flicked to a black screen which must have been the change to 50Hz but the picture was no smoother than before. Netflix must have changed resolution ...

Apologies for bumping but i'm disappointed to see the new Roku products in the UK (Express/Streaming Stick+) still don't offer any support for 50Hz. As a result UK viewers have to put up with juddering on everything watched via Roku. All rival hardware (Amazon Fire, Apple TV, Chromecast etc) support...
