"Us" is NBC, if you're using the NBC app. I believe This is Us is also on Hulu, so you may want to try it on there too, if you have problems with e NBC app and aren't getting anywhere with them.

I think that only works with a Fire TV device.

Is the standard IR Remote for $14.99 also compatible with this model? The reason the IR remote isn't compatible is because in most cases the stick will be plugged in out of sight, and an IR remote requires the device it's pointed to be ",in sight" which is why Roku made it a RF only device.

There is no replacement for it, unfortunately.. your best bet is to buy a new model of the stick.

Have other HDMI devices worked ok with the TV? Maybe the tv is broken. Maybe there's a "Speaker settings" in the TV settings that's individually assigned to those HDMI ports.
