Working just fine on Streaming Stick + here, watching Grand Tour.  Amazon prime has issues with HDR on many devices, including Roku (and other, like Vizio) TVs, but it's just fine on the Streaming Stick +.  I'm guessing you're on the wrong stream.

This is a shot in the dark, but AVAST loves to mess with my Plex server.  Have you tried suspending your firewall/antivirus program temporarily from the server side to see if that is the snag?  Then you can adjust from there. . .
