I have an old Roku and recently (less than 2 weeks) it has does not see my plex movie channel that is stored on my computer. I know my Roku is connected to the internet because I can watch Netflix movies without any problem. I have had Plex running for over a year and not had any problems until re...
Does the DLNA support for the Roku Media Player work with older Rokus or just the news ones. Thanks See post above: http://forums.roku.com/viewtopic.php?f=28&t=65417&p=419639#p419454 I have a Roku N1000 and a Roku XDS (2100). So from what I read from the link I'm assuming that the DLNA supp...
What I'm hoping for is a larger buffer. 256, 512 or even 1 GB buffer. So more of the video remains in memory. And can help with congestion. And it needed for very high bandwidth streams. Or your have like only a 30 sec buffer window. And if there is congestion on the network, you're going to rebuffe...
1. Faster processor and Graphics speeds. (a lot faster!) 2. More ram, and much longer buffer. 3. New 802.11 AC Wireless. (By the time ROKU 3 comes out it should be standardized) 4. SDXC U1 Support. (To Allow the MicroSD slot to pay videos or increase the video buffer) I also would like the OTA supp...
Try this: Restart every thing. Power off your route, cable modem and Roku for 30 secs and turn them back on. Also remember to type the password correctly as it is cap sensitive. I think I cut the cord about a year ago. Or Longer. I don't remember. Don't miss it that much. In fact I don't want as much TV anyway. So many other things that better anyway. But I'm thinking of getting an antennal to watch local things. Just not sure if it will get any channels unless install a ro...
I'm not sure if the Ethernet port is worth the XS, however doesn't the top of the line Roku Roku 2 XS (3100X) also come with the bluetooth remote (I think a $30 value) and Anger birds. And there is always refebs Anywhere, Roku may be coming out with a new line up soon anyway, I hope. Hopley, there w...
However, I believe that Wal-Mart's DVD to Vudu only works through Vudu. I don't think you can transfer them to another Ultraviolet service. However, I'm not certain about that. It would be great that you be able to do that. But I think its lock into Vudu, kind of defeating the purpose of Ultraviolet...
