Does anyone know where the engineers that made the SoundBridge great went?

I hate to say this, but under the circumstances, I'm ready to put my 3 soundbridges on eBay, and buy a couple of Squeezeboxes instead.

Bummer.

Logitech, probably.

There is no way I'm going to get another SB if Roku are ending the support. Used to have problems connecting to my router with the SB, not the SB3. Connects first time and can do so much more. I thought you still get support, they just discontinue the product. For the connection problems, I have tw...

I had the cheap model (pinnacle home music here in the UK) until recently where I accidentally put 9 volts up it's rectum and it was never the same again. Now I loved my soundbridge, especially in the summer where it sat in my shed with an old Alba stereo and a couple of boombox speakers playing all...

This may sound daft and may not be the solution but it was in my case. Is the SB actually connecting to the extender or is it connecting to the originator of the signal? I ask this as I bought a brand new wireless router (set as a wireless access point) and sat it next to the SB (M500 with only wire...

Re: Soundbridge / AVG Fire-wall

My AVG fire-wall is blocking my Soundbridges, switch it off and they work OK. Does anybody know how to set up to allow WMP and iTunes ? Will this help? http://forums.rokulabs.com/viewtopic.php?p=100127&sid=ecdba979bad75fff2ae805f57fea3258 Don't use AVG (for the firewall anyhow) but the above li...

Re: UPDATE: Ended up daisy-chaining old router to new router

Would it be worth going to Linksys with this question? Haven't pursued it as, to me, it did not seem like it would be worth their effort to fix. I tried Linksys and managed to baffle the tech support person (Not difficult I know) who promised me faithfully that someone would ring me back, yeah righ...

I know the first guy uses mixed, but how about the second? Yeah, mixed, matched, picked, mixed, pushed, pulled and any other combination. Had quite a few routers in the past with no problems. Just the 160N refuses to play the game. Managed to make the M400 useful by using the old router as just an ...

Re: New router. Now SBs don't connect wirelessly.

I installed a new Linksys WRT160N router to replace an old D-Link today. I have two SB500s running 3.0.44, which had been connecting to iTunes 7.6 on a Vista PC and a MacBook (running Tiger) without incident. :( Similar problem here. Just upgraded to a Linksys WAG160N and can't connect to the wirel...
