WEP and telnet

Is it possible to set/change the WEP key ONLY on my M1001 via telnet?

What version of the DG834G are you running? Is it a V3 model? If so upgrade to the latest version of the firmware - 4.01.20

Netgear have released a new firmware (V4.01.20) for the v3 router that enables multicast packets to be passed from wired to wireless.

Same thing is happening to me and I'm suspecting it is a multicast/mdns issue. Does anyone else out there run Firefly on a Mac behind a Netgear DG834G router without problems? I've found hints on the net that thi model does not suport multicasting (or not on the wireless side of things) but no defin...

RSP and DAAP

I have Firefly installed on an Intel Mac Mini and in the configuration have the rsp.so and out-daap.so plugins installed. My MacBook can see Firefly in iTunes 7 but my M1001 cannot see it. If rsp and daap are loaded at the same time does it confuse the M1001? If I want both the MacBook (via iTunes 7...

More Roku compatible BBC streams?

I use a Mac Mini running OS X 10.4.4 and Slimserver 6.2. I have chosen Slimserver because of the AlienBBC plugin that enables me to listen to BBC Radio and 'Listen Again' programs.

If the Soundbridge ever supports Real Audio streaming I would probably switch back to iTunes

Can I second the call for Real Audio support. Most of the national radio in the UK uses this format so it is desperately needed to make the Soundbridge a complete product

Thanks Mike I've ended up using an internet dns service to look up the IP address and have now successfully registered. Out of the box my M1000 is running 2.1.20. It connects to my iTunes server via WiFi. My router is the Linksys WRT54G. SSID broadcast is disabled, a HEX WEP key is configured and on...

Unable to register Soundbridge

I have tried to register my recently acquired Soundbridge M1000 and am unable to do so. When following the link (http://store.rokulabs.com/registration/soundbridge.cfm) Safari reports that it cannot find the server "store.rokulabs.com". Same problem trying via Netscape. Anyone else with the same pro...
