They used to make wired only routers, I use to have a Linksys router with 4 ports and  no wireless until I upgraded to a wifi router a few years ago.
I sold the older Linksys etherlink router on ebay, so there may other older used routers there for sale pretty cheap if you don't need wifi.

Just do a factory reset that will clear out all account info from just that device and make it like it was when it was new, ready for a new account to be setup on it.
