Re: Netflix Connection Timeout

Instant Watch Browser for Netflix is displaying a Connection Timeout message. I attempted to re-link three times, but the re-link fails and the message is displayed again. Is there still a problem between Netflix and the Instant Watch Browser ? Netflix shut down their public API today, but it's not...

Re: roku now supports screen mirroring natively! (miracast)

CalvanMcGowan: I've heard from some the Roku 3 cannot be hard wired ethernet for screen mirroring/casting to work. This seems odd to me, as I thought the Roku would use the wireless in addition to the wired for setting up the casting session. My Roku is hard wired, wondering if I have to (inconceiv...

Re: roku now supports screen mirroring natively! (miracast)

I did a short test of a Roku 3 unit's screen mirroring using a Samsung Galaxy 5 S and a Sony Xperia Tablet Z. It works with both devices, but video is a bit choppy and because the display resolution of both devices is 1920 x 1200 pixels and my television is 1920 x 1080, the top and bottom of the vid...

Re: Roku APP and Android Galaxy S4

I have downloaded the Roku app for android from Google. Installed ok. I can log into my Roku account. It shows the Roku 3 in available devices. However when I select it, I get "Player not on Network" I've tried the manual setup and still no connection. Any advice? It may have something to...

Would there happen to be a channel out there that specializes in TBBT? Thanks guys. Joe

Not exactly one that "specializes" in TBBT, but someone is currently streaming TBBT on JustinTV.

Considering today's news that Google has launched their Google Play Music streaming service (free month trial $10/mo after or $8 if you signup early) is there a chance we'll see an official Google Music app? Is this up to Roku or the content provider (Google)?

The content provider (Google).

Ok, well it looks like my last little trick did improve it somewhat. I've published an update to the channel. Please give it a try and let me know if it's working any better for you.

Whatever you did fixed the nothing-starts problem I was experiencing. Thank you.

Re: Can anyone recommend an ethernet adapter?

Another member recommended my getting an ethernet adapter rather than a "booster" for my TV that is furthest away from the router. I'd like recommendations. Also, and this may be a stupid question but I have never even seen one of these adapters, but do you hook it up directly to the rout...

Anyone still experiencing problems with streams?

Yes. Too often I can not get streams started and when I can luckily get a stream started, it doesn't last long. Whatever has changed with JustinTV has pretty much made TheEndless's channel useless for me.

None. Almost every channel costs less than the price of a Slurpee from 7-Eleven, so why would I want to waste time regretting the loss of a few dollars?

Re: Brand New Roku LT is very hot

My Roku 2 XS reports 50 ºC (122 ºF). It has been running hot since I first started using it August 2011 and so far I have not experienced any problems with it. Well, I have to use a wired Ethernet connection because its WiFi sucks (unlike my dual-band Roku XD|S whose WiFi works flawlessly).
