No, It's a one-time fee that is incurred and then the channel is added to all boxes on that account. I only have one account so can't answer about the multiple account situation. However, i do have 3 rokus

there's a program called network magic that works well to set up a network for the home. NOrton is provided by Comcast and it works well. The router is the secret to making sure the network functions.

have you tried deleting the channel & then going in and adding it again and linking the new add with MLB?

this is the best remote I've found for the ROKU. It found & operated all 3 of my ROKU and worked well. I love the home page. Very functional. Just an all around excellent remote for the iPhone.
