My hardwired ultra started this too. It is every channel I use though. Slingtv YouTube tv, and tablo.
I unplugged Power to it and that fixed it but later on the audio started doing it again.
My hardwired roku 3 and roku stick don’t have these issues.

The channel is fine after I reinstalled it. I have to log in with my IP address but it works. Right now it was removed again tonight.

I tried deleting the app but I can't reinstall it. I get an error message on my roku. 
I tried to go to the channel store online but it wants me to pay 99 cents again.

The USB port works with flash drives but 3.0 portable hard drives that require power from the USB port will not work.

I got a brand new Roku 3 on the shelf at my local Walmart for $49. Well worth it

Mine keeps rebooting when watching slingtv

Very nice, I need to replace my aging 2xs. It reboots a lot while watching sling. I don't have 4k but I like the top of line model with the remote finder and hopefully a usb port. I still use flash drives with movies on them. If price is around the $100 mark I think I will get one. 

I read about this and a description on Amazon says it will require a pc or Mac. I like the idea of OTA integrated with the slingtv app but if a pc has to run for it to work the no way. $150 also for the device is high.
