I have agreed to sell to a particular buyer, so please hold inquiries for now. I'll post again if that doesn't go through for some reason, but my photobridge appears to be sold.

Thank you,
Gary

I am not a video expert and may very well be wrong, but "fools go where angels fear to tread" so... My Sony rear-projection TV is rated to do 480P, 780, and 1080i. The ROKU on 1080 is wavy as you describe. So my assumption is that while the TV can do it, it does not do it well. My TV display looks r...

I don't believe this is possible. I've seen several requests for this feature, but no solutions offered.

I've noticed this black strip at the bottom only on several dvds lately as well. I don't think I ever saw it until recent versions of mplay. That might or might not be coincidence.

You'll have to stop sharing them as shares to get the ROKU not to list them. So go to the computer that is hosting the shares and stop sharing. If you need the shares for other reasons on your network, then the ROKU will seem them.

Did you go into the network setup and find and "Check" the share you have shared as the T: drive? What operating system hosts your T: drive? Is it username and password protected? If so, have you given that information to ROKU?

I've searched for this one, but can't find the answer. Is it possible to setup slimroku to connect to slimserver if you are using a username and password? I am thinking of streaming via slimserver to my work computer, but don't want to offer the device up to the whole internet. ;) I know I can allow...

Thank you for the suggestions, TheEndless. I'll try that with the screensaver. It is a little worrisome that I'll wander off and leave slimroku active. Re: the playlist. I do already have slimserver set to "Stop at power off / Reset playlist at power on." I tried choosing another option and then set...

I have two questions about slimroku. 1) Where is the switch to make slimroku erase the playlist whenever it starts? It isn't a command-line switch apparently. I thought I saw it in the slimserver configuration pages, but can't find it any more. 2) Screensaver problem. When the slimroku is playing au...

Macromedia fireworks has a batch mode that will transform all files or folders you select in whatever ways you specify. You can tell it to transform all the jpg's in a folder to non-progressive jpg's. But Fireworks is a very expensive program. I would check whether you photoshop program has some sor...

If Roku got out a stable v. 2 of the software and that included DVD menus and subtitles, then that would be enough for me. Sure, some other features would be good, like easy web browsing, but that would really be enough to keep me happy for a few years at least. Because of the active involvement of ...
