update after ginving me a credit for 14.99 they charged me another 5 dollars to cancel again this is getting impossible to take i am so mad at this

i have this issue i completed 2 billing cycles then on feb 8 charged 5 dollar cancellation fee then on march 7 today charged 14.99 sent email to ask for refund response was this Dear Ian, We have processed cancellation to your Willow Monthly Subscription.
