Can you still get support for the soundbridge???

Hello, Can one still get support for a soundbridge product? I have a deficient M2000 unit (won't power up most of the time, when powers up, wired ethernet doesn't work, erratic behavior etc...). I posted a service request on the 21st, got the email saying someone would contact me in 2 business days....

Thanks a lot! After the update, mt-daapd did not work anymore, but I discovered after a while that permissions were wrong on the directory containing the mt-daapd database (pointed to by db_dir in /opt/etc/mt-daapd/mt-daapd.conf). Now I can see my playlists... which are all empty. I guess I did not ...

Using iTune playlist into NSLU2/mt-daapd

Hi, First of, my apologies if this has already been addressed in this forum. The problem I'm facing is that whenever I find information online, it's always hard to tell to what firmware revisions it applies. So here it goes: - I have an un-slung NSLU2, running V2.3R63-uNSLUng-6.8-beta - I have insta...

Yep, I hear you, I do electrical engineering for a living, and do understand the scope of the problem... but I just think it's going to be harder and harder to convince people they need a PC on 24/7 to serve music (and if they are supposed to turn it on to listen to their tunes... they might as well...

I recently discovered the Sono's system... and must admit this is exactly what I've been looking for for years. Roku hw is great. I have a 1000, a 500, and just bought a used 2000 for my home's new addition... well, I wish I had seen that new product first. So... ROKU, WAKE UP!!!! There have been re...

Looking for used SB 2000

Hi,

I don't know if it's appropriate to post this on this forum, but based on past posts, it seems ok...
I'm in the SF bay area for a week, and am looking for a used 2000. Anyone selling one locally? Thanks! (yes, I did check on ebay :-) )

I would second that feature request... I know that there is the radio, but that piece of equipment does not fit well in a nicely integrated sound system. I have in wall speakers in my bedroom and master bath, and was hoping to connect both to a M1001 to provide an alarm function. The aesthetics of t...

Hi,

A small question for MSS owners: with the "Plus" sw/fw upgrade, is it possible now to create painlessly playlists? (I mean through a graphical interface or something)?

Thanks.

Wired then wireless network lost

Hi, I was going to upgrade the firmware on my M1000 today, to finally listen to KQED from France :-) Well, when I tried to probe my wired ethernet MAC, I got a message which I think was "Cannot access Ethernet media" or something like that (I saw it just once, can't recall exactly). So I did a cold ...

Hello,

Sorry for duplicating the thread, I didn't see the other one.
My Belkin is a F5D6130 (802.11b only).

I'll try switching to my Linksys later on to give it a shot.

Thanks.

Hello, Any ideas? I realize my post might not have been clear: My PC running iTunes also runs MusicMatch, and I never have any problems accessing MusicMatch (however I don't want to use it). The access to iTunes goes away after a few hours though. And the only way to fix this is by power cycling my ...

Keep on loosing connection to iTune only

Hello, I have a SB1000, which I connect to my network via wireless. I use a Belkin access point, which seems to be ok. My SB is the only device on that access point (I have a G access point for the other stuff). However I keep on loosing my connection to my iTune server. The iTunes PC runs also Musi...
