i have a new gen Roku 1 HD player and i stream through an HDMI Cable,and the video jumps on my netflix too,and on other channels that streams 720p video,but when i stream 1080p videos..they don't jump at all,i tried another netflix app that came with my samsung tv,and the videos there plays fine..

so far every station i see there is playable.wma aac mp3.all the formats seem to be roku compatible now.

It seems tunein radio app has did an update,now every station the website has,now plays on Roku such as BBC Radio 1 BBC Radio 2 etc etc,even all my local stations play on roku finally here in Va!

Tune in Radio app is way outdated,and most of the good stations ya can't play anymore,it needs to seriously be updated and more roku friendly..

Don't think networks care too much about old programs being streamed,as long as it's not on youtube or torrent programs where people can download burn and sell the shows on the black market,there are dozens of websites that streams old programs and has done so for years..
