I'm in contact with the engineers and CS. It's the weekend though, so communication has been sporadic, and I'm "technically" off-duty at the moment.

padmadi, you're not giving us enough information to work with. "Stopped working" doesn't really tell us anything.  You need to be a lot more specific. For example: If I choose Netflix, the logo screen comes up, but never goes to Choose Profile, and then the Roku will suddenly crash back to...

They will run through basic diagnostics steps to figure out what is happening on your end, but you are the one physically performing those steps.  CS has no control over anything on your end.

Try rebooting your Roku in-between deleting and reinstalling.

I'm not aware of any issues currently, but I'll check our bug reports tomorrow morning.
