Mike, I'm getting a null image when viewing this post, and I got an alert that this doesn't belong in the developer's forum.

Please PM me the serial number of your units (Settings > System > About) and I'll get the Engineers to take a look at your logs.  Also please note the time/date of the last occurrence of this issue.

Comparing the streams from various platforms is moot.  The various platforms may stream differently, so what works well on one is not necessarily indicative on another. A lot of it has to due with network connection (how many hops between you and their content servers).  Some of it has to do with the videos themselves, and their feeds.  I've never had issues with Netflix and/or Amazon.  I've had a few issues personally with Epix, but it's never been so severe that ...
