Thanks for the updates. Its tricky because I don't want to keep multiple copies of my movies (1 for PB, 1 for laptop use, 1 for PSP...) and I would have rather just keep a version that doesn't take up too much space. I'll have to try out some of those options.
Another update. Still haven't heard back at all from Roku!! Placed yet another call where they assure me someone will get back to me. I won't hold my breath on that one.
I tried e-mailing and calling over a month ago and I still haven't gotten any response. I don't think I'd be too happy about paying $50 for something that is pretty clearly a defect since so many have failed.
BTW - called them a couple weeks ago, they said someone would get back to me the next day... A week and a half later, nothing. I'll try them on the phone again, but this is pathetic - how can you just ignore e-mails and phone calls?
It looks like the Power Supply on my unit has failed. I tried e-mailing support a couple days ago, but haven't gotten any response. Can anyone tell me where I might be able to get a compatible PS? Or would there be any chance this would be covered under warranty even if the unit is more than a year ...
