FWIW, my SB 1001s and SBR work great with the latest version of iTunes, and all are running SB firmware 2.7.78. You might try downgrading to that (I know it's possible but don't know how; search the forums) for another data point.
I wish I could give you a reliable description of what is and isn't going on, but discovery is really unreliable for me, and a lack of responsiveness and UI feedback keeps me from figuring it all out. I have two M1001s and an R1000, all running 2.7.78. The first time I launched the program, I got th...
I'm rockin' and a rollin' now! It's all set up and I am streaming directly from the Linkstation with Firefly with all my playlists and what not! Thanks for the help! :D Glad that helped, and thank you for including the current link for the software... no telling how long that will last either, of c...
I'm pretty unfamiliar with this whole topic and can't provide any direct help. But I know there are sound utilities for both Mac and Windows PCs that take the output from one app and steer it to another app. You might check your favorite download sites for these sorts of things to see if there's any...
I'm afraid I can't offer any direct help because this goes back a while, but I very closely followed the install instructions for the Linkstation Live on the Firefly wiki and had it up and running in less than an hour. (Far more successful than my many futile attempts at following instructions for t...
Happy New Year Bob - Did you mean > http://www.roku.com/index.php and this > http://www.roku.com/index.php If so, then those links really would assist many people. Cheers, Alan And happy new year back at you, Alan; yes, that's exactly what I'm thinking, although the two links you have seem the same...
Just thought I'd bump this as, after almost two years, there's still no way to navigate to the main Roku site by clicking anything on any of the forum pages.
Have yet to find anyone at XM technically proficient enought to answer my questions... waiting for another call back!
I just wanted to say thanks... I have no interest in Internet radio, but I do miss being able to listen to XM on my SoundBridges, so I appreciate your efforts and your updates.
There aren't any iPhone/iPod Touch apps that will play from a music server (like iTunes or Firefly) through the iPhone/iPod. Unless I'm misconstruing something, this isn't true... the free Simplify Media does this. (The link opens their Web site in a new tab or window.) Pretty well, too, IMHO, alth...
Ah, I see on the support page linked from the iTunes App Store that it does require 3.x. Unfortunately, this requirement wasn't mentioned on the app page within the store where it needs to be, so I guess I'm stung. Chris, if you need a beta tester for 2.x, feel free to PM me -- I usually check in t...
