Keeping Soundbridge Radio Cool

I noticed that if you shut the visual display off when in the off position on the Roku Radio, it seems to stay much cooler. There's an option to turn the display off or display time or time and date. I bet the lower heat would help prevent power supply failures. Just a thought.

Try doing a full router and modem reset and power down and power up the Pinnacle. Remove the power supply from the Pinnacle jack or unplug it from the wall. Don't just power it down with the switch. I think the previous post is correct. I run into this all the time. Try using the Rokusnooper or URLsnooper to find the direct stream. If you can find this, you should be fine. jST,,had the same issue and when i tried another supply it started smoking! I think it got fired and am now have a repair support request with Roku and a case to see if they will fix it. I am real upset as i love my Roku!
