I updated to HDHR firmware from 0131 and now TVPlay can't change channels on a tuner after the HDHR Windows config utility has been used. I like that TVPlay trys to sense some other device using a tuner, but can we be only warned and then given the option to tune anyway? Anybody else see this behav...

I think it is my Nero install. The Cidero UPNP client doesn't see any media files either.

Anybody having a problem with the latest Nero MediaHome? I'm seeing the server from my Roku but all the folders are empty.

MPlay lets you use iso or VOB files (please read the docs before asking such basic questions). Finding out the differences, and how to generate these files, is best answered on the numerous sites specializing in such.

It supports ATSC digital terestrial TV, and my understanding is that is not the broadcast digital standard in Europe. It also support QAM digital modulation which is common for cable TV providers in the states. I'm not sure if QAM is used in Europe cable TV.

Has Roku ever flat our refused to release the source code? I recall they said (a long time ago) that some of the limitations were in the Xillion library they get from ATI. They may have licensing issues making that library available (without being linked into RokuOS) and I'm sure the source for that...

I know the linux command line interface can be scary, but you can easily copy and delete using it.

Haven't seen that behavior Barry. Perhaps that happens with a signal that is marginal? Have you seen it on multiple channels or just one?
