Any Debug output to look at from the log? That is where I go look when I see issues. Use a high debug level.

It looks like your wireless card might be broken... You might try taking the Roku and temporarily trying hooking through a wire to see if it the wireless card.

This is a known limitation of the Roku as iTunes does not allow this.
