Roku's are only supported in countries that they are sold in. They dont offer sales in countries other than what you listed. Some channels will work outside of those, but not many, and most likely not any of the "premium" channels.

If I had to bet, it'd have something to do with a firefox extension you have installed. Try disabling all extensions, and see if that works, if so turn them back on one at a time and see which one is causing the conflict.

My experience has usually been that they are available next day, as far as what time exactly, Im not sure, but I have watched as early as 2PM Central the following day.
